Northwest Passage prides itself on the quality of its staff. Our focus is on hiring adults that have incredible youth development skills. With our focus on expeditions and field studies staff at NWPHS are trained in the folowing areas: Experiential Learning, Wilderness Medicine and Travel, Water safety and meeting the diverse needs of our students. We promote a professional learning community that seeks to hone our teaching craft while developing one of the most innovative school in the nation.
